RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return ​ ​ ​ ​ If there is a problem with the products you bought from our online store or if the products you bought do not meet your needs, you can return them after delivery. The legal period specified for the return of the products is 15 days from the date of receipt of the product. You can return the product you purchased with your invoice within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided that it has not lost its resaleable feature. The products you want to return will be examined and concluded quickly and accurately by our relevant team within the scope of the "Right of Withdrawal" and "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised" in the "Distance Sales Contract". Your request will be considered. In order for your return to be accepted, it must comply with the "Right of Withdrawal" and "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised" in the "Distance Sales Contract". If the products you want to return comply with the terms of the "Distance Sales Agreement", your refund will be made within 14 days from the receipt of your return request to your credit/debit card that we used while shopping on our site.

Return Conditions Your return must comply with the "Right of Withdrawal" and "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised" in the "Distance Sales Contract". Legal Return Period and Conditions: The legal return period of the products is 15 days from the delivery date. The products to be returned must be sent complete with all accessories and packaging materials and together with the original invoice of the product. Unpaid returns are not accepted. Return Conditions: You can return the products you have purchased within 15 days, provided that they comply with the return conditions listed below. The products to be returned must be sent in their original packaging (the original packaging is broken; the products with the cargo label affixed on the original box and the products that are taped with the cargo parcel tape will not be accepted, so the original packaging must be packaged or stretched in a way that will not deteriorate), together with all accessories and packaging materials. It must be undamaged, unused and in resalable condition. The product must be sent with its original invoice. Unpaid returns are not accepted. According to the "Distance Sales Contract", the products listed below cannot be returned: a) Goods or services whose price varies depending on the fluctuations in the financial markets and which are not under the control of the SELLER. b) Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery, except in cases where the product is defective or defective. 

Return Preparation Process Write down the code of the product you want to return, the reason for the return and other requested information in the relevant sections and put your invoice in the package you will send. Your return request is first examined by the SEIH Returns Department, and if it complies with the above-mentioned conditions, the return process is initiated. When the return is approved, the product fee will be returned with the method you made the payment within 14 days, which is the legal period. This period starts with the receipt of the returned product by SEIH. Return Shipping You can make your return requests regarding the orders you have placed on our site within 15 days, which is the legal period, by creating a return request from the "My Orders" field in the "Member Login" tab on www.seihistanbul.com. If your return request is positive, you can return the products you have purchased with 40363200 PTT using the Cargo Return code provided by our Customer Service. Even if your return request is accepted, used, unpackaged or damaged products cannot be returned. If the products you return do not meet these conditions, the return approval will be canceled and your products will be sent to you by PTT cargo with Buyer Pay. Shipping costs outside of Turkey belong to the customer. including returns and exchanges. In order for your shipment to be received by the cargo company, it must be packaged in a way that can be transported safely.

Order Cancellation You can cancel your order within the same calendar day after you place it. For this, you can contact our Customer Representative by calling 05447667608 and skip your order cancellation request. Afterwards, if your order is eligible for cancellation, it will be canceled by our representative. In order for the order to be eligible for cancellation, your order must not have started production by our workshop. Cancellation cannot be made after the production process of the products you have ordered has started. Your refund will be processed within 24 hours when your order status appears as Canceled. Although the reflection on your card may vary from bank to bank, it takes place within a few days and you can follow up in detail from your bank.
